Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Vedic Farm, every product is crafted and packed with utmost care.
Since our items are natural, organic, and often perishable, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction without compromising product integrity.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • You received a wrong product, or

  • The product was damaged or defective during delivery.

📦 Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or partially consumed items.

  • Since our products are natural and handmade, minor color, texture, or fragrance variations are normal and not considered defects.

3. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Share your Order ID, product details, and photo/video proof of damage or wrong delivery.

  3. Our support team will verify the issue and guide you through the replacement or refund process.

4. Replacement or Refund

After verification, we will either:

  • Replace the item with a new one (preferred), or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on stock availability.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable items (grains, atta, ghee, etc.) once opened.

  • Personal care products (like oils, creams, soaps) for hygiene reasons.

  • Discounted or promotional products marked as final sale.

6. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting our team.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

  • Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment source.

7. Shipping Cost for Returns

  • If a product is damaged or wrong, Vedic Farm will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For any other return request not covered under defects, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
