Every order is handled with care, packed hygienically, and shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure your products reach safely and on time.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver all across India, with our operations based in Dhandhar, Pilani, Rajasthan – 333031.
For bulk or wholesale inquiries, we can arrange customized delivery options through our logistics partners.
3. Delivery Charges
â‚ą199 flat shipping charge applies to all orders below â‚ą4,999.
Free Shipping on orders worth â‚ą4,999 or above (across India).
Shipping rates for bulk or heavy agricultural products (like compost, fertilizers, etc.) may vary depending on total weight and distance.
4. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of unexpected delays due to weather, logistics, or stock availability, our team will notify you via call or SMS.
5. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days across India.
Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days depending on courier coverage.
We always strive to deliver earlier whenever possible.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID on SMS or email.
You can check the delivery status directly through our “Track Order” page or courier partner’s portal.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly share photos or videos of the package for verification.
After verification, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Currently, Vedic Farm serves customers only within India.
